Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-volume full-service restaurant with scratch kitchen, tasting room, and Wine Club program. You’ll drive shift execution, manage teams, and partner with the General Manager to meet restaurant goals and grow our Wine Club community.

The role emphasizes leadership, development of management and hourly staff, and delivering exceptional hospitality across all outlets.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate in English.
• Demonstrates financial acumen.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall restaurant operations including Service and Tasting Room.
• Review and approve front-of-house schedules; ensure shift standards.
• Lead training for Team Members and Managers; maintain a safe work environment.
• Support inventory procedures and financial reporting; partner with GM.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house to meet goals.
