Total Wine & More in Minnesota (Eagan) seeks an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, lead a customer-focused team, and manage daily store operations. You will report to the Store Manager and help build a service-driven culture while ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations and safety standards.

The role emphasizes developing staff, optimizing payroll and inventory processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences to expand our customer base and store profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in retail.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team.
• Support day-to-day operations including payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support store objectives.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol sale laws and store safety.
