Total Wine & More Denver is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, lead a customer-focused team, and manage day-to-day operations. You will report to the Store Manager and build a culture of service excellence in a busy wine and beverage retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience leading, motivating and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and hit key performance metrics.
• Recruit, train, and lead store team and develop product knowledge.
• Support operations including payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support inventory objectives.
