Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor in Maple Grove, MN to support store operations and help grow our brand. You will lead by example to build a service culture and bring to life a distinctive world of beverages for customers.

You will supervise and train team members, help resolve customer issues, and ensure compliance with alcohol laws. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a team member capacity to support service team, merchandising and front-end operations, drive sales and deliver KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving customer issues.
• Supervise team members and support their training and development.
• Ensure adherence to laws related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
