Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring for a Store Team Member to join our store team in Minnesota. You will engage with customers, advise on products, and help drive sales while supporting merchandising, front-end, and other tasks as needed.

You will assist with inventory, freight processing, displays, signage, curbside and in-store pickup, and may drive deliveries if required. Strong communication and product knowledge are essential for delivering an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized customer experience.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure adherence to laws and safety standards in the store.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
