Job summary

Total Wine & More in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Supervisor to help grow our store brand and deliver best-in-class service. You will lead a team, support operations, and foster a knowledgeable, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring compliant alcohol sales.

You will report to store management and drive KPIs, training, and development, including coaching peers and resolving issues quickly. This role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and a focus on teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in retail preferred.
• Strong customer service and coaching skills.
• Able to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities
