Job summary

CDW is seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician to provide deskside and remote support in a predominantly Windows environment. You’ll troubleshoot end-user issues and support business-critical applications while collaborating with a skilled IT team.

This onsite role in Littleton, CO requires strong customer service and clear communication as you maintain documentation and assist with deployment of Windows workstations and related devices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate IT support experience.
• Strong Windows, AD, Office, networking, and remote access knowledge.
• Experience with desktops, mobile devices, printers, and end-user hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, application, and connectivity issues.
• Build, image, deploy, and maintain Windows workstations and laptops.
• Support Microsoft Office, Active Directory, VPN connectivity, wireless networking, and enterprise applications.
• Manage and support mobile devices, primarily iPhones and iPads.
• Assist users with engineering and design software, including resolving application-related issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and support processes.
• Escalate complex issues when needed and ensure timely resolution of support requests.
