Qualifications

• Experience documenting all work in ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for Windows 11 and related issues.
• Stage, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Prepare and provision workstations for new hires and onboarding.
• Assist with adoption of new technologies and pilot deployments.
• Support basic network setup, VPN access, and wired/wireless configs.
• Research and recommend hardware, software, and IT services for efficiency.
