Qualifications

Ability to meet customer expectations via SLAs.
Background check clearance required.
Knowledge of CJIS, HIPAA, and PCI policies.

Responsibilities

Perform end-user diagnosis and resolution; provide corrective solutions.
Install, configure, test, and support end-user workstations and devices.
Escalate issues to subject matter experts as needed.
Document assets and update knowledgebase.
