Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
• Experience documenting work in a ticketing system.
• Knowledge of hardware specs and basic networking.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to travel and train in Detroit, MI for 4–6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 Windows 11 technical support and user assistance.
• Deploy desktops, laptops, and peripherals; install and support standard apps.
• Set up workstations for new hires and ensure readiness on day one.
• Assist with new technology evaluations and pilot deployments.
• Support basic network connectivity, VPN, and wired/wireless configs.
• Research and recommend hardware/software to improve efficiency and security.
• Deliver end-user training and guidance to reduce support incidents.
