Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical training or relevant experience.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
• Experience documenting work in a ticketing system.
• Willingness to travel out of state and stay overnight when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 Windows 11 support and troubleshooting.
• Stage, configure, deploy desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Onboard and provision user workstations for new hires.
• Support the adoption of new technologies and pilot deployments.
• Assist with basic network setup and VPN configurations.
• Research and recommend IT hardware, software, and services to improve operations and security.
• Deliver end-user training and guidance on tools and best practices.
