Job summary

PC Construction is seeking a motivated, customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our employee-owned team. This role is office-based, not remote, and involves supporting end users and expanding IT services across regional offices and jobsites.

You will manage users and devices, handle inventory, provide Help Desk support, manage Intune, and coordinate network devices and internet services across sites. Travel to regional offices and jobsites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support and end-user assistance.
• Familiarity with device and software inventory management.
• Ability to work onsite and travel to multiple sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and remove users and devices (e.g., Microsoft Office, Egnyte).
• Manage daily device and software inventory in corporate asset systems.
• Provide primary IT support via the Help Desk and assist with on-site network tasks.
• Administer Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
• Troubleshoot network printers, switches, routers and wireless access points.
• Travel to regional offices and jobsites for installation and support.
