Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is seeking a Production Associate 2 to handle window and door assembly, ensuring safe, quality output and timely delivery to customers. You will work with urgency to move materials through the plant, following standard work and safety rules.

You will read tape measures, use hand tools, and comply with PPE and safety policies while supporting continuous improvement and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Ability to read basic word and number cues.
• Operate power tools with PPE.
• Identify hazards and follow safety protocols.
• Understand measurement standards and tolerances.
• Follow Standard Work and instructions.
• Quality-focused at workstation.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Time management for cycle times.
• Willingness to cross-train across departments.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Support employee engagement activities.
• Follow defined cleanup times.
• Work safely and follow PPE requirements.
• Maintain productivity per customer demand and standard operations.
• Contribute to improving standard work for quality windows.
• Identify and communicate issues.
• Assist with coworker training.
• Support a respectful workplace.
