Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is hiring a Production Associate 2 to perform windows and doors assembly, ensuring quality products while minimizing waste and cost. You’ll work to keep material flowing through the plant with urgency and safety in mind.

Responsibilities include operating hand tools, lifting and packing, adhering to standard work, participating in training, and supporting a respectful, collaborative environment. High school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret fractions and decimals.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assist with window/door assembly.
• Maintain safe work practices and follow standardized procedures.
• Support material flow and minimize waste.
• Read and follow work instructions; communicate issues promptly.
• Assist with training and cross-training across departments.
