Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is seeking a Production Associate 2 to assemble windows and doors and keep production flowing efficiently. You will operate hand tools, lift and pack products, and help maintain safety and quality standards.

The position emphasizes timely delivery, adherence to defined rates, and cross‑training across departments to support a busy plant environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure as well as read and interpret fractions and decimals.
• Ability to read at least minimum word and number recognition/Visual Cues.
• Operate power tools with dexterity, basic operations, and knowing when to change PPE.
• Identify hazards while understanding station knowledge of safety hazards/protocols/PPE.
• Variations – having knowledge of measurement standards and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools as required and assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Support and participate in Employee Engagement activities.
• Follow defined clean-up times.
• Work in a safe manner and follow safe work practices and policies.
• Must follow and work to an established rate as defined by customer demand and standardized operations.
