Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is seeking a Production Associate 3 to perform windows & doors assembly, ensuring safe, high-quality output, and minimizing waste. You will support material flow, meet production rates, and work across departments to keep operations efficient.

The role requires ability to read measurements, operate power tools, and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced plant environment. Weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Read tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Read word/number recognition and visual cues.
• Operate power tools with PPE awareness.
• Identify hazards and safety protocols.
• Understand measurement tolerances and standards.
• Follow standard work instructions and quality CTQ.
• Strong math skills including fractions/decimals.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, pack and inspect products on the line.
• Support employee engagement and inventory flow.
• Follow defined cleanup times and safety rules.
• Work to defined rate per customer demand.
• Contribute to improving standard work for quality.
• Identify issues and communicate them to supervision.
• Assist training of coworkers and maintain a respectful workplace.
• Perform other duties across the plant as needed.
