Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is hiring a Production Associate 2 to assemble windows and doors while safely maintaining a steady workflow. You will read measurements, use hand and power tools, and help minimize waste to deliver quality products on time.

The role requires reading fractions and decimals, following standard work, and collaborating with team members in a fast-paced plant environment. Cross-training and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Ability to read basic words/numbers and recognize cues.
• Operate power tools with appropriate PPE and safety awareness.
• Identify hazards and follow safety protocols/PPE.
• Follow standard work instructions and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Support and participate in Employee Engagement activities.
• Follow defined clean-up times and safety practices.
• Work to established rates per customer demand and operations.
• Contribute to defining and improving standard work for quality windows.
• Identify problems and communicate issues.
• Assist with training co-workers.
• Support a respectful workplace and stay on task as directed.
