Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is seeking a Production Associate 2 in Kentucky to support windows and doors assembly operations. You will operate hand tools, lift and pack products, and ensure safe, quality output to meet customer demand.

Applicants should read tape measures, interpret fractions/decimals, and follow standard work while maintaining productivity. The role requires 8–10 hour shifts, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adherence to PPE and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Reading a tape measure and interpreting fractions/decimals.
• Basic reading of words/numbers and visual cues.
• Operate hand/power tools and follow PPE protocols.
• Understand safety hazards and station SOPs.
• Follow standard work and instruction references.
• Recognize product defects and quality requirements.
• Communicate clearly and listen effectively.
• Work efficiently within cycle times and meet customer demand.
• Cross-train across departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Support employee engagement activities.
• Follow defined clean-up times and safety practices.
• Work to established rates per customer demand and operations.
• Participate in improving standard work for quality windows.
• Identify issues and communicate them.
• Assist with training co-workers and maintain a respectful workplace.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervision.
