Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is seeking a Production Associate 2 to perform windows and doors assembly, material flow, and quality control. You will work safely, meet defined rate expectations, and support process improvements in a busy plant environment.

You must read tapes, interpret fractions/decimals, operate tools, and be able to lift 50 pounds while standing long shifts. Training and team cooperation are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Ability to read basic word/number cues.
• Operate power tools safely and use PPE.
• Identify hazards and follow safety protocols.
• Cross-train across departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, lift, pick and pack products using hand tools.
• Maintain flow of material and meet customer demand.
• Follow standardized work and improve processes.
• Assist training of coworkers and maintain a safe workplace.
• Work across plant as directed by supervision.
