Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is seeking a Production Associate 2 to perform windows and doors assembly in a fast-paced plant environment. You will safely operate hand tools, lift and pack products, and help maintain workflow throughout the plant.

The role requires reading a tape measure, basic math, PPE compliance, and willingness to work extended hours as needed. Full-time with competitive benefits awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Readable basic word/number recognition and visual cues.
• Operate power tools with PPE awareness and safety.
• Identify safety hazards and follow PPE protocols.
• Knowledge of measurement standards and tolerances.
• Follow standard work instructions and quality requirements.
