NTT DATA seeks a Desktop Support Technician to support Syracuse, NY users. The role focuses on troubleshooting, deployment, and repair of desktops, notebooks, and printers.

The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years of related experience and a strong Windows OS foundation, plus an A+ certification or equivalent. Travel may be required, including overnight domestic or international trips, and reliable personal transportation is essential.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred.
• A+ desktop or equivalent skill set is required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
• Solid client service skills.
• Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
• Must have reliable personal transportation (Automobile)

Mansioni

• Performs basic troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment and repair on desktops / notebooks/ printers.
• May respond to calls after normal business hours per leader instructions.
• Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective action.
• Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
• Must have reliable personal transportation (Automobile)
