Qualifications

• 2–4 years relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
• Solid client service skills.
• A+ desktop or equivalent skill set required; additional hardware certifications may be required.
• Ability to perform general office tasks physically.
• Must be able to perform responsibilities with or without accommodations.
• Minimal travel or overnight domestic trips may be required.
• Personal reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, replace parts, upgrade systems, deploy and repair on desktops/notebooks/printers.
• Respond to calls after normal business hours per leadership.
• Identify issues that could impact end-user experience and take corrective action.
• Provide escalation point for less experienced team members and policy recommendations.
