Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs basic troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment and repair on desktops/notebooks/printers.
• Respond to calls after normal business hours as needed.
• Identify potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and take corrective action.
