NTT DATA seeks a Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing desktops, notebooks, and printers, with potential after-hours support as needed.

Strong Windows knowledge and an A+ certification are preferred, along with 2–4 years of relevant experience. Travel may be required; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required, and an undergraduate degree is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment
• A+ desktop or equivalent skill set; additional certifications may be required

Responsabilidades

• Performs basic troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment and repair on desktops/notebooks/printers
• May respond to calls after normal business hours per leader instructions
• Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective action
• Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required
