Employment is full-time with comprehensive training provided at hire, including safety, tower rescue, and mechanical/electrical training.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED plus legal work status in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a motor vehicle record check.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; climb preview completed before hire.
• Willingness to work at heights and in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Follow Environmental, Health and Safety procedures.
• Perform basic mechanical installations, maintenance, operations, and upgrades.
• Verify work meets customer requirements and documented procedures.
• Document all work performed and progress.
• Repair or replace parts and use tools safely.
• Travel as required (up to 25%).
• Work holidays, weekends and overtime as assigned by field needs.
