Job summary

Sky Climber Renewables, in partnership with Vestas Americas, offers TOP Wind Service Technicians a structured development program. This full-time role includes comprehensive safety and technical training accredited through GWO and hands-on turbine maintenance at a site near your home.

You will support preventive, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance while advancing your mechanical and electrical skills. The program emphasizes safety, teamwork, and career growth in the wind industry.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must live within 1-hour commuting distance to job site.
• High School Diploma or GED obtained.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVRC.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical installations and maintenance on wind turbine equipment.
• Demonstrate safe use of tools and equipment.
• Dismantle and assemble basic machinery and components.
• Accurately document all work performed.
• Follow Health, Safety & Environmental procedures.
