Job summary

Sky Climber Renewables is offering the TOP Wind Service Technicians program, a structured career development path for entry-level wind technicians. The role focuses on performing preventive, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance on wind turbine equipment at sites near home, with training accredited through the Global Wind Organization (GWO).

You’ll work under supervision and gain hands-on experience as part of a service team.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Sky Climber does not provide sponsorships).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Successful completion of a climb preview prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Environmental, Health and Safety procedures.
• Perform basic mechanical installations, maintenance, operations, and upgrades.
• Verify that work is completed in accordance with customer requirements.
• Document all work performed and report violations.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
• Work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments.
