GE Vernova's Wind Renewable Energy Learning Center seeks a Technical Training Program Manager to lead the execution of training programs, coordinating milestones and stakeholder involvement across Onshore and Offshore Wind teams. The role drives process improvement, documentation, and trainer deployment to deliver world-class technician training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Demonstrated experience successfully leading Wind programs.
• Experience working in technical, industrial, field service, manufacturing, or renewable energy environments for 5+ years

Responsibilities

• Own the development and maintenance of integrated program schedule, budget, resource identification, and priority discussions.
• Coordinate deliverables, execution, and detailed schedules with Learning Centers and stakeholders to escal visibility to critical path activities.
• Provide cross-functional program leadership, working across both Onshore and Offshore Wind with Sourcing, PMO, Services, and external parties to ensure that critical program milestones are achieved.
• Timely facilitate issue resolution with close connection to stakeholders, including development of contingency plans and scenario planning.
• Lead communication and escalation of programmatic and technical risks to the program.
• Lead coordination for change management execution and deployment to all stakeholders.
• Assures compliance with site EHS as program develops.
