Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Technical Leader to guide the Project Engineering team for onshore wind projects, including new wind farms, repower and CM&U. You will act as the primary liaison between engineering, project management, supply chain, site teams, customers and subcontractors to ensure all deliverables and the digital thread are completed by commercial operation date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years' engineering and technology experience with strong leadership.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel 10% of the year.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to the project execution and customer-facing teams.
• Lead engineering execution for wind projects including new wind farms, repower and CM&U.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, supply chain, site teams, customers and subcontractors to fulfill orders and deliver up to commercial operation date.
• Drive process improvement and standardization in project execution.
