Qualifications

• 10+ years as wind turbine technician or engineer with deep turbine knowledge.
• Experience designing and delivering technical training programs.
• Familiarity with LMS and e-learning development tools.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update training materials and curricula for wind technicians.
• Deliver training sessions in classroom, virtual, and on-site formats.
• Certify technicians and ensure compliance with standards like GWO.
• Maintain LMS content and track certifications.
