Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Technical Leader within the Project Engineering team for Onshore Wind Systems. You will provide technical leadership, drive engineering execution for wind farm projects, and serve as the primary liaison among engineering, project management, supply chain, site teams, customers, and subcontractors.

You will also support resource planning, daily management, and team strategy to ensure project phases are delivered with operational rigor and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years of engineering and technology experience with strong project leadership.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate project requirements into product definition and BOMs for supply chain.
• Create project-specific engineering instructions and commissioning documentation.
• Provide timely responses to technical inquiries for turbine assembly, installation, and commissioning through final acceptance.
• Provide technical leadership and assist the project team.
• Drive process and standardization around project execution tasks.
• Lead process improvements to accelerate response times and productivity.
• Liaise between customers and engineering for balance of plant equipment interfaces and controls.
• Coordinate and communicate with resources to complete engineering deliverables.
