Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Technical Training Program Manager to lead the execution of wind energy training programs, coordinating with Technical Instructors, PMO, and Services teams to deploy milestones across Onshore and Offshore wind projects.

The role requires ownership of program milestones, development of training plans, documentation for train-the-trainer rollout, and implementation of lessons learned into product improvements. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience successfully leading Wind programs.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own development and maintenance of integrated program schedule, budget, resource identification, and priority discussions.
• Coordinate deliverables, execution, and detailed schedules with Learning Centers and stakeholders to escalate visibility to critical path activities.
• Provide cross-functional program leadership across Onshore and Offshore Wind with Sourcing, PMO, Services, and external parties to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Timely facilitate issue resolution with contingency plans and scenario planning.
• Lead communication and escalation of programmatic and technical risks to the program.
• Lead coordination for change management and deployment to all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with site EHS as the program develops.
