Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Project Manager to lead site activities from mobilization to final acceptance, coordinating parts and labor and ensuring safety and quality. You will work with engineering to confirm work instructions, maintain program scope updates, and report progress to multiple levels while managing costs, schedules, and potential barriers.

The role requires strong communication, established PM skills, and the ability to collaborate across virtual, global teams with discretionary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Groups/Functions) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Services & Retrofit/Upgrade in wind turbines or experience with ORACLE purchasing system/invoicing and debriefing systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to analyze and resolve problems; PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the whole scope of site activities from mobilization to final acceptance, including coordination of parts and labor.
• Obtain customer approval for implementation of the designated work scope and coordinate with engineering for accurate work instructions.
• Ensure safety requirements are met; develop any special LOTO procedures and update program scope as needed.
• Establish and maintain performance metrics for cost and schedule; identify and mitigate barriers to program execution.
