GE Vernova is seeking a Major Correctives Technical Specialist to design, implement, and assess technical training programs for North America teams performing major component upgrades and blade repair. You will translate field requirements into practical training, partner with operations leaders, and drive workforce readiness across campaigns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 7 years in wind services, field ops, turbine maintenance, major component work, blade repair, or related industrial service activities.
• Willingness to travel 50% to field sites across North America; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical training content, materials, and capability programs for field teams.
• Coordinate training rollouts for new processes, tools, repair methods, retrofit scopes, and quality requirements.
• Execute and evaluate hands-on assessments to verify field capability and readiness.
• Partner with operations leaders to align training with campaign schedules and execution priorities.
• Support field leaders with training delivery and coaching to ensure adherence to standards.
