Job summary

F2OnSite is seeking an experienced Windows 11 Desktop Deployment & Support Technician in Shreveport, LA. You will deploy, image, and support Windows 11 workstations, perform migrations from Windows 10, and install/core apps in a fast-paced end-user environment.

Responsibilities include hardware swaps, device migrations, and post-migration end-user support while documenting incidents in the ITSM system. Strong communication and customer-service skills are required.

Qualifications

• Deploy and configure Windows 11 desktops and laptops.
• Migrate Windows 10 to Windows 11 including user data.
• Install and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps, Teams, Outlook.
• Perform PC refreshes and asset/inventory updates.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and authentication issues.
• Support endpoint-management tools (Intune, Autopilot, AD/Entra ID, SCCM/MECM).

Windows 11 Desktop Deployment & Support Technician - Shreveport, LA

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on end-user support and assist with the deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of Windows 11 workstations. The technician will support hardware and software installations, device migrations, troubleshooting, and user readiness while delivering a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Deploy, configure, image, and support Windows 11 desktops and laptops.
• Perform Windows 10-to-Windows 11 migrations, including user data and profile transfers.
• Install and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, Teams, Outlook, printers, peripherals, and standard business applications.
• Perform PC refreshes, hardware swaps, workstation setups, and asset/inventory updates.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, authentication, and application issues.
• Support Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Active Directory/Entra ID, SCCM/MECM, or similar endpoint-management tools where applicable.
• Validate devices following deployment and provide post-migration end-user support.
• Document work and accurately update incidents, service requests, and deployment records in the customer's ITSM system.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 engineering teams as required.
• 2-4+ years of desktop/end-user computing support experience preferred, with demonstrated Windows 11 deployment and migration experience.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer-service skills required.
