Job summary

firstPRO, Inc. is seeking a hands-on PC Deployment Technician to coordinate device rollouts with end users and managers in Allentown and surrounding areas.

You will configure and stage PCs, phones, and peripherals, deploy Windows 11, troubleshoot basic network issues, and provide post-deployment support at Marlton-based locations.

This role requires 2–3 years in hardware installation, strong troubleshooting, clear documentation, and a team-oriented mindset to support migrations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in computer hardware installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong analytical, technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to write and maintain clear documentation about system architecture, release, and implementation plans.
• Strong attention to detail, problem investigation and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with end users and department managers to coordinate device deployment.
• Work with project managers and end users to understand migration requirements, create deployment schedule and communicate expectations.
• Configure and stage clinical and nonclinical machines (PCs, Phones, peripherals) on-site or at configuration center.
• Deploy Windows 11 machines for end users and troubleshoot basic network connectivity.
• Provide post-deployment support at Marlton-based locations.
• Manage equipment, repurpose machines for redeployment or disposal.
• Report deployment success/issues to the project team.
• Collaborate with 4–8 deployment technicians and be a team player in migrations.
• Maintain and update internal documentation and procedures.
