We are seeking a Deployment Technician for a contract opportunity in Bethlehem, PA. This is a fully onsite role supporting the deployment, configuration, and post-installation support of Windows-based devices in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong PC hardware and troubleshooting experience.

Type: Contract position with potential for extension based on project needs

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support Windows 11 desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Provide post-installation and end-user support, including break/fix activities
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and scanners
• Support disk encryption technologies such as BitLocker
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues
• Document deployment activities and maintain accurate records
• Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting end users onsite

Qualifications

• 2+ years of PC hardware experience (clinical or healthcare environment preferred)
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
• Experience with post-installation support and break/fix troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of printer and scanner installation, configuration, and support
• Familiarity with disk encryption tools (e.g., BitLocker)
• Basic network connectivity troubleshooting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• SCCM knowledge is a plus
