• Forklift Certification is required.

• Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
• Warehouse picking/packing experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide quotes and enter orders accurately via walk-in, email, or phone.
• Notify customers when orders are ready (email/phone).
• Coordinate pickup scheduling with Sales as needed.
• Use the Will Call calendar in Outlook and communicate priorities.
• Maintain 15-day Will Call pickup policy and process open tickets weekly.
• Assist with checkout and loading materials as needed.
