Rexel USA is seeking a Will Call Operations professional to join the Talley team in Corona, CA. The role focuses on delivering a superior customer experience through timely quotes, accurate order entry, and coordinated pickup scheduling.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales and Operations and manage Will Call processes, check-ins/outs, and ticket handling to ensure fast, accurate service. Strong organizational and time management skills, forklift certification, and customer service

Competenze

• Forklift Certification is required.
• High School or GED - Preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide Quotes and Enter Orders accurately for walk-in, email, or phone.
• Proactively inform customers when orders are ready (email/phone).
• Interface with Sales to coordinate customer pickup scheduling.
• Use the Will Call calendar in Outlook and communicate priorities to Operations.
• Monitor and manage 15-day Will Call pickup policy.
• Assist with Will-Call Check-in/Check-out procedures and ticket scanning.
• Assist Operations in picking orders and loading materials as needed.
• Escalate urgent Will-Call issues to higher-level support.
• Enter Quality Feedback Entries and assist with RGA processes.
• Organize and maintain the Will Call area, including snacks.
