Job summary

Rexel USA in Corona, CA is seeking a Will Call Operations team member to optimize customer experience around walk-in orders, pickups, and returns. The role coordinates with Sales and Operations to ensure timely order processing and efficient pickup flow.

You will manage the Will Call calendar, verify open orders, enforce the 15-day pickup policy, and support the counter with order entry, checkout, and loading of materials.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification is required.
• High School or GED is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Warehouse picking/packing experience preferred.
• Intermediate MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes and enter orders via walk-in, email, or phone.
• Notify customers when orders are ready by email or phone.
• Coordinate customer pickup scheduling with Sales.
• Use the Will Call calendar in Outlook to set priorities.
• Manage open orders at pickup and include them when possible.
• Maintain the 15-day Will Call pickup policy.
• Track all active tickets and sign them daily into DocuShare.
• Assist with Will-Call check-in/out procedures.
• Help Operations pick orders during downtime.
• Assist with customer checkout and loading materials.
• Escalate urgent Will-Call issues.
• Respond to internal Will-Call service inquiries.
• Enter Quality Feedback Entries and assist with RGAs.
• Organize Will Call area and keep snacks.
• Demonstrate work ethic, honesty, and policy adherence.
• Be adaptable under high-stress and change.
• Additional duties may be added.
