Job summary

Rexel USA, Inc. in Corona, CA seeks a Will Call Operations associate to enhance the customer experience at Will Call. You will handle quotes, order entry, and pickup coordination, while maintaining scheduling and sign-in/out procedures.

You will interact with Sales, Operations, and customers to ensure timely pickup and accurate ticketing, with strong emphasis on accuracy and service levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift Certification is required.
• High School or GED - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Quotes and Enter Orders accurately via walk-in, email, or phone.
• Notify customers when orders are ready (email/phone).
• Coordinate customer pickup with Sales and Operations.
• Manage Will Call calendar in Outlook and communicate priorities.
• Monitor open orders at pickup and update records.
• Maintain 15-day Will Call pickup policy and sign-in/sign-out procedures.
