Job summary

Astound Broadband is seeking an Offer Management professional to identify and deliver solutions for Wholesale customers, including quotes and complex proposals. You will engage with boundary partners, evaluate opportunities, and collaborate with sales and technical teams to drive customer demand.

The role requires 5+ years of telecom experience in Enterprise/Carrier/Wholesale, plus strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of telecommunications experience in Enterprise, Carrier or Wholesale Channels.
• Minimum 5 years of strategic pricing or business analyst experience.
• Operational understanding of telecommunications ordering, provisioning, and billing processes.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, written, presentation and Excel skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams to facilitate and achieve results.
• Ability to communicate with management, team leaders, and customers.
• Detail-, quality-, and timeline-oriented.
• Exhibits commitment, resilience, accountability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver solutions for Wholesale customers, including quotes and orders.
• Evaluate incoming opportunities and prepare complex proposals.
• Collaborate with National Sales Managers on proposal efforts and win strategy development.
• Work with technical teams to develop solutions to meet customer needs.
• Provide training of Astound capabilities to partners.
• Respond to requests from customers for information, support, pricing, etc.
• Maintain up-to-date reporting in CRM systems for opportunities.
• Handle escalations and find solutions in challenging circumstances.
