Job summary

Astound is seeking a Wholesale Offer Manager to lead complex pricing and proposal efforts for its Wholesale customers. You will analyze opportunities, develop financially sound solutions, and coordinate with sales, engineering, and partners to deliver compelling proposals.

You will work with national partners across multiple states, leverage CRM and financial models, and help drive revenue while ensuring customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of telecommunications experience in Enterprise, Carrier or Wholesale Channels.
• Minimum 5 years of strategic pricing or business analyst experience.
• Customer centric with strong analytical, verbal, written, presentation and Excel skills.
• Experience with telecommunications ordering, provisioning, and billing processes.
• Ability to work with diverse teams to facilitate and achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex issues and develop financially sound solutions.
• Use financial modeling tools to promote sales attainment goals.
• Independently perform research, writing, editing, and proposal production for sales efforts.
• Collaborate with National Sales Managers on proposal efforts and win strategy.
• Work with technical teams to develop solutions to meet customer needs.
• Respond to requests from customers for information, support, pricing, etc.
