Job summary

Astound is seeking an experienced Offer Manager to identify and deliver solutions for Wholesale customers. You will handle quotes, orders, evaluate opportunities, and prepare complex proposals, coordinating with boundary partners and engineering to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will build financial models, collaborate with National Sales Managers, and develop sales strategies to drive demand. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and research skills, with a base salary range

Qualifications

• Analyze complex issues and develop financially sound solutions.
• Use financial modeling tools to promote sales attainment goals.
• Independently perform research, writing, and proposal production.
• Collaborate with National Sales Managers on proposal efforts and win strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex issues and use sound judgment and experience to develop financially soundsolutions
• Usefinancial modeling tools and understand complex financial and business strategies topromote sales attainment goals, while promoting the best interests of the company
• Independently perform research, writing, editing, and proposal production and coordination for various sales/business development efforts
• Collaborate with National Sales Managersonproposal efforts and deliverables including win strategy developmentandexecutingsales strategies to drive customer demand
• Work with technical teams to developsolutions to meet customer needs.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication and active listening skills.
• Use communication and negotiation skills toexecute sales strategies to drive customerdemand.
• Business development- provide training and ongoingtrainingofAstoundscapabilitiesto partners
• Respond to requests from customers for information, support, assistance, joint proposals, pricing, etc.
• Supports others within theWholesaleteamalong with boundary partners in engineering,implementationand account managementto achieve customer satisfactionfrom pre-salesthrough post-sales.
• Ability to handle escalationsand find solutions when there are challenging circumstances.
• Up to date reporting invariousCRMsystemsfor all opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned
