Job summary

Astound is seeking a seasoned Offer Management professional to identify and deliver solutions for Wholesale customers in the United States. You will manage quotes, orders, and complex proposals while collaborating with engineering, implementation, and account management to drive demand.

Role requires strong financial modeling, negotiation, and communication skills, plus a track record of delivering wins. A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in telecom are expected, with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 7+ years of telecommunications experience in Enterprise, Carrier or Wholesale Channels.
• Minimum 5 Years of strategic pricing or business analyst experience.
• Customer centric
• Operational understanding of telecommunications ordering, provisioning, and billing processes.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, written, presentation and Excel skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams to facilitate and achieve results.
• Ability to communicate with management, team leaders, and customers.
• Detail, quality,and timeline-oriented
• Exhibits commitment, resilience, accountability,and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver solutions for Wholesale customers.
• Evaluate incoming opportunities and prepare complex proposals.
• Engage with boundary partners to ensure efficiencies.
• Enhance partnerships with carrier clients and understand their needs.
• Develop financially sound solutions and promote sales attainment goals.
• Perform research, writing, editing, and proposal production for sales efforts.
• Collaborate with National Sales Managers on proposal efforts and win strategies.
• Work with technical teams to meet customer needs.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM reporting for opportunities.
• Provide training on Astound capabilities to partners.
• Respond to requests for information, pricing, etc.
• Support pre- and post-sale activities across the Wholesale team.
