Astound Broadband is seeking an Offer Management professional to identify and deliver solutions for Wholesale customers. You will handle quotes, orders, and complex proposals, engaging with partners to optimize efficiencies and promote Astound products.

The role requires 5+ years in telecom and strong pricing/analytical skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and customer-centric execution. A base salary is offered with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of telecommunications experience in Enterprise, Carrier or Wholesale channels.
• Minimum 5 years of strategic pricing or business analysis experience.
• Customer-centric with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Operational understanding of telecommunications ordering, provisioning, and billing.
• Ability to work with diverse teams to drive results.
• Excellent Excel, presentation and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex issues and develop financially sound solutions.
• Use financial modeling to support sales attainment goals.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate responses for wholesale opportunities.
• Collaborate with National Sales Managers on win strategies and deliverables.
• Work with technical teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
• Provide training on Astound capabilities to partners.
• Respond to customer information requests and support pre- to post-sales.
• Manage CRM-based opportunity tracking and reporting.
