Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending is seeking an experienced wholesale account executive to grow broker and seller relationships, drive loan submissions, and coordinate with operations to close loans. The role offers a generous commission plan and broad territory access across 48 states.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Applicants with 1–5 years of wholesale sales experience and knowledge of FHA/VA/USDA and non-agency products are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 – 5 years wholesale sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling agency and non-agency loan products preferred.
• Knowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA and non-agency loan products.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and gain approval for new mortgage brokers/sellers.
• Establish broker/seller relationships and ensure steady loan flow.
• Advise brokers on programs, pricing, and submission policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closings.
• Maintain CRM contacts and confidentiality.
