Job summary

Carrington Wholesale seeks an accomplished sales professional to develop and manage broker/seller relationships, driving loan applications and purchases across wholesale and correspondent channels. You will liaise with operations to facilitate closings and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales performance with a concentration developing and maintaining broker/seller relationships.
• Proven ability to set and reach sales goals.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Knowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA and non-agency loan products.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and gain approval for new mortgage brokers and sellers.
• Maintain broker/seller relationships to ensure a steady flow of loan applications and purchases.
• Advise brokers/sellers on company programs, pricing and submission policies.
• Assist brokers/sellers in loan submission processes and train on online systems.
• Coordinate with processors, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure timely closings.
• Ensure compliance deadlines are met for pre-disclosures and notices.
• Manage CRM contacts and protect customer confidentiality.
• Support timely purchase of loans with internal teams and relationship managers.
• Manage loan pipeline to meet departmental goals.
• Provide high level customer service to brokers/sellers throughout the loan process.
