Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending seeks a Wholesale Sales Manager to lead Account Executives and broker relationships, driving growth in wholesale lending. You will mentor staff, manage regional goals, and ensure compliant lending practices across government and non-agency products.

Responsibilities include forecasting, coaching, and overseeing loan submissions, with travel to industry events as needed.

Formación

• Proven sales management experience in mortgage/home lending.
• Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional and Non-QM products.
• Familiarity with mortgage origination workflows and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Coach and develop Account Executives and brokers.
• Maintain broker relationships and recruit new brokers.
• Ensure loan submissions and CRM updates are timely and accurate.
• Monitor regional forecasts and report production to management.
