Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending, part of The Carrington Companies, is seeking an Account Executive to develop and maintain broker relationships for wholesale and correspondent mortgage products. You will manage the broker pipeline, advise on policies, and coordinate with processing teams to ensure timely closings.

You will train brokers on submissions, underwriting, and rate sheets, while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify and recruit brokers/sellers.
• Demonstrated sales performance with broker networks.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Experience selling NonQM mortgage products.
• Familiarity with purchase transactions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and approve new mortgage brokers and sellers.
• Maintain broker/seller relationships to ensure steady loan applications and purchases.
• Advise on programs, pricing, and submission policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan closings.
• Train brokers on online systems for submissions and rate sheets.
